Maxisys finds my printer but randomly will fail to upload file

Update for Maxisys, Maxisys Mini and Maxisys Pro is generally done on the machine
itself: Maxisys----Update. You can update any vehicles you want. For Maxisys series,
there is also System Update on the main screen, please check update here as well. And
update can be done with wired or wireless network connection -

I don't have problems updating. It's when I try to print or send data logging files, I get
fail to upload. My wifi is good.

have maxisys print installed on pc via disk or download through maxisys pc suite. same wifi on tool, pc, and printer or wired connection from pc to printer. test print from maxisys print on pc to see if it links. should work. -

Same problem, I cant print, maxisys detects the printing serves, but there is an error "error loading file", scanner, printer and pc are in the same network. I just format my pc so virus issues I dont think so. I have restarted the maxisys scanner several times, even I did ping between maxisys and pc and conecction is posible. I need your expertice for solving this problem. I can't find any update or upgrade for maxisys software.. -

Try to install the printer driver on computer again. Had the same problems, I
deinstallieren the maxi printer program and install the version from the website. After
that it works. Never forget to install always with administration rights... -

i have the same issue my maxisys pro up to date and wifi is full still failed to upload to printer what we can do ? -

Our product can't support Wi-Fi printer. You need to install Maxisys Printer in your PC first. Your PC and your tablet need to be within the same network. -
